Dr. Sanjay M. Madnani

Certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, American Board of Pain Medicine and the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Sanjay M. Madnani is a highly trained and specialized physician providing comprehensive pain management services at Oxford Valley Pain & Spine Center since 2008.

Before coming to Pennsylvania, Dr. Madnani practiced in Mississippi and served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at LSU Medical Center. He is licensed in Pennsylvania and trained at the Havard Medical School in Acupuncture.

Dr. Madnani received his medical degree from the Marshall University School of Medicine and completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at the West Virginia University Charleston Area Medical Center. Dedicated to furthering his training, Dr. Madnani also completed a fellowship in Interventional Pain at the LSU Medical Center.

As an active member of the medical community, Dr. Madnani is involved with several professional societies, including:

Dr. Anju S. Madnani

Dr. Anju S. Madnani is a board-certified anesthesiologist with additional certifications in anesthesia pain care, currently practicing with her husband, Dr. Sanjay Madnani, at Oxford Valley Pain & Spine Center since April 2008. Previously, Dr. Madnani practiced at Southern Pain Consultants in Mississippi and was a Clinical Assistant Professor at LSU Medical Center. She is licensed in Pennsylvania and trained at the Havard Medical School in Acupuncture.

Dr. Madnani received her medical degree from Lady Hardinge Medical College in India, before coming to the US and completing her residency training in Pediatrics at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, as well as additional training in Anesthesia at Wayne State University. Dr. Madnani also completed a fellowship in Pain Management at LSU Medical Center, for which she received the Pfizer Scholars Award.

Dr. Aastha Aggarwal is a proud alumni of SRMSIMS, having an experience of 10 years post PG in the field of Obstetrics & Gynecology. She went on to do 4.5 years of residency at Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital & Medical College, Delhi. Her keen interest in Gynecological Surgeries took her to garner one year fellowship each in Gynecological Minimal Access Surgery, Reproductive Medicine and Reconstructive & Cosmetic Gynecology. She even has a year training in Obstetrics & Gynecology Ultrasound.

In her spree to deliver par excellence care and services of higher clinical acumen, she has been avidly performing various Urogynecology, Hysteroscopic & Laparoscopic Gynecological Surgeries since 2019 such as Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy, Myomectomy, Sacrocolpopexy, Endometriosis & Infertility surgeries, TOT surgery, Hysteroscopic polypectomy, myomectomy, synechiolysis along with Laparoscopy Assisted Reconstructive Surgeries such as Neocervico-vaginoplasty, vaginoplasty, laparoscopic tubal recanalization.

Reconstructive & Cosmetic Gynecology is a subspecialty of great interest to her with exposure to various non-invasive and invasive techniques. At the outset she would like to emphasize that she promotes the non-deceptive practice of cosmetic-plastic gynecology and is making every significant scientific and clinical contribution to this field. She is amongst the ones who underwent the First Certification Course in Cosmetic Gynecology in India in year 2017 and has been trained by the Indian College of Cosmetic Gynecology and today is a part of the teaching and training of Cosmetic Gynecology especially to aid in women’s health & their reproductive and sexual rights, with special emphasis on Female Stress Urinary Incontinence, Vaginal laxity and Reconstructive Surgeries for congenital & acquired Urogenital defects. She is one of the founding members of The Society of Cosmetic Gynecology (TSCG) and is a proud member and back bone in organizing RECOGYN – The World Congress of Reconstructive & Cosmetic Gynecology since 2016 till present.

With her expertise in Nutrition Counselling over the last 15 years of practice She has helped more than 15000 people, across 30 countries to lose weight and manage health conditions like Diabetes, Hypertension and High Cholesterol Levels in a manner simple yet impressive. She headed the Weight loss through Diets Department with the Fortis Group of Hospitals. She worked for a decade with Fortis – Shalimar Bagh and Fortis Jessaram Center and has an established practice at private clinics as well.
